"Wouldn't ever buy anything from this store again due to their customer service and their ability to delivery there product. Long story short, made a purchase 12/1/2018, later found out it was on back order. Called and emailed several times for several weeks to find out about when to expect it or if I can cancel it.

They couldn't tell me when it would become available and said they weren't authorized to cancel it so they would send it over to another department (this happened several times). Finally got an "automated" email from them mid to late 1/3/2019 saying it was on back order and asked if I wanted to cancel...I responded yes I would like to cancel. No response at all from them and the order still wasn't canceled, even after several attempts with them AGAIN. This didn't get resolved until 1/8/2019 when they finally canceled my order."

I ordered the largest size you had and it said it was for a burial flag. it's too small at the corners and also sticks way out the back. I can't get the backing on.
