"The full size flags were what I expected. The Heavy duty outdoor flag is extremely well made, but heavy and needs a stiff breeze to fly. The car flag is 2 layers and very well colored. nice and bright. The stitching holding them together is sub standard. It started to come apart as the stitching failed. A quick trip to the sewing machine and about 5 mins time, that problem was corrected. The car pole for the flag needs to be redesigned. The little plastic clips don't hold the flag on the pole. I had to run a cord from flag to bottom of pole to keep flag from blowing off. "

"I immediately tried to stop a duplicate flag and was told they had not gone out yet, meaning could have been changed. I sat on the phone while the Lady checked allll flags ordered and said all in stock. Days later called again and said they were being worked on. I said if they hadn't been done to please exchange duplicate flag for desk stand(s) because I ordered so many. I paid for 2 day shipment and didn't receive until a week later. Never even a "sorry" I had to change my Christmas (Grandson flags)or a change for duplicate or a refund for 2 day shipping cost not used!
Otherwise Grandson was very happy with flags!!!"

"I would highly recommend a purchase with this company. I bought a beautiful brown wood flag box for my mother to display her late husband's (my father) military flag. I am usually wary of purchasing such things online because I can't tell the quality and there is always the change of damage in transit. It was reasonably priced and looks beautiful! ONly note: be sure to measure the flag folded before purchasing to make sure it fits. "Ordered Flag case 3-weeks before Christmas, it is now 1/28/19 and have NOT had any word on when Item will delivered. This is the 2nd purchase I tried to order. The 1st one was supposed to be here within 2-weeks, was not ABLE to deliver so I cancelled the order. Still waiting for an update on the 2nd order.
