"My husband and I represent 2 branches of the military, so we wanted a flag for each branch to hang on our flag pole. We ordered both of them and made the payment on the spot, no tax and no shipping. Two days later we got a backorder notice on one of the flags. Ok, that happens. Five days after that we got a second charge on our card for tax. That's odd. One flag arrived in excellent condition and looks good flying high. We're happy with that one. The second one was still AWOL a month after the order. I sent an email asking when we might receive our backordered flag. The next day they said it should arrive in another month. Not thrilled, but at least we know it's coming. A week later we received an email giving the amount of our refund. What refund?! I called to find out what that was about. They said they can't hold an order for over 30 days so they cancelled our backordered flag order. So we've waited 5 weeks for a flag that isn't coming, unless we reorder. Now we get to pay shipping because we aren't spending enough to qualify for the free shipping. Not only will they not honor the free shipping because we DID order enough to qualify for free shipping, but the customer service rep pointed out that they could've charged us shipping on the first flag since that order wasn't high enough to get free shipping. How nice of them.

"I have been purchasing 2000+ flags from you for the 4th of July for 20 years now. I was not really pleased with the customer service response this year as I wished to upgrade the flags and increase the dollars to be spent but I was not offered a discount on the upgraded flags to substantiate the order. I waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes and there was no real assistance after the wait. Many of the flags had missing staples and so were not usable.
Overall, I have been pleased with the quality and service for the past 19 years. It is disappointing that 20 years of loyalty does not qualify me for more personalized service. "
