He wanted me to actually take pictures of what I received then go to the website and submit the pictures. Are you kidding me? After demanding to speak to his manager and after being out on hold he came back and said they would get me the missing parts. To date I have only received 3 of 4 missing components. Absolutely terrible customer support. "

"Purchased the Super Tough flag for a restaurant, and it's not as tough as I thought. Less than 6 mths and it is shredding already! I purchased a 2nd for another unit as well and now I am afraid it won't last very long either. Does anyone realize that veterans take these serious, will refuse to visit restaurants etc if their flag is not flawless? They aren't cheap neither. Disappointed! I'm leaving the invoice # for our 2nd purchase as I don't have the original purchase info"
