"I ordered a figure more than a week ago but never received a tracking number even though item listed as in stock. So I sent the seller a couple of messages but never gotten any reply. I then opened a dispute via Paypal and the seller refunded my money with the reason "we are unable to fulfill your order in time for the holidays" even though I've never requested the seller to ship by that time. I went back to check their website and noticed the price of the figure that I ordered went from 42.99 to 59.99. A very dishonest seller! Never purchase from this seller!"

I tried to purchase a Littlest Pet Shop Digital Planner on 12/07/09 for $39 and I entered my billing details and I was having this sent as a gift to another state, so there was a different shipping address. I received an email on the evening of 12/07/09 advising that my order had been canceled because "....for credit card security purposes, the ship to address could not be different fromt he billing address." I then went out to the website to purchase the item AGAIN and the same planner that was $39 on 12/07/09 had been increased to $69 on 12/08/09. Seems that the company just wanted to gouge its customers and tried to eek out a few more bucks furing this time of 'holidday cheer.' If you want to be rooked, then by all means, buy from them, otherwise, spend your money somewhere else where they will at least tell you upfront that they are going to charge you an arm and a leg for your pruchase. Very shoddy way to do business."

I purchased a child's toy from this company on Oct 1 2009. The website stated it was in stock and would ship within 1-2 days, and if it ended up being out of stock they would let me know. 10 days went by and wrote to cancel the order because obviously it had never shipped out, and I got no response. I wrote three emails in 4 days saying to cancel the order (their website says that's how to cancel an order) and they never responded and then today they went a head and shipped the order out. They still havent responded to the other emails I wrote. The company leaves no phone number to call and works from a PO Box. After further investigation I realized they have many many bad reviews on various different sites. Learned a big lesson today! They are terrible and shouldnt be allowed to sell merchandise anymore. "
