"Great seller, super happy with my order! I purchased a rare Kidrobot Dunny from their website on 8/9. They shipped the item via USPS First Class with tracking code on 8/12 after verifying my info and I got the item three days later. Item is a legit product and is as described on their site. "Made my first purchase on friday 08/08/2011 for two backpacks for my kids and I received them today monday (3 days later) and it was standard delivery. Also the backpacks are beautiful and in great condition, my kids love them. I will definately be ordering from her again."

"I placed an order from this company on 12/12/10 for an item that was supposed to be in stock. I received the order confirmation and everything at that point stopped. I sent emails to their customer service dept. but they have never answered them. Now, when I check, they can't locate an order confirmation with the number they gave me. I guess it's their way of getting rid of orders they don't want to fill. Hmm, also makes you wonder wen you type in their website and they are advertising "Happy Valentine's Day" more than a month after that holiday has passed. "

"I bought some hard to find action figures from Toy Store Inc last weekend. The prices were excellent, it only took 4 business days to receive the order, and the items were exactly what I expected. I was a little skeptical about this company considering all the bad reviews. It seems that many of the described problems are the result of people really needing items and not double-checking the items are available then getting angry. Toy Store Inc. has a disclosure which you are invited to read before purchase that explains that availability might not be completely up to date or may change and that they have right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled. That is really common sense though and the way most stores operate. If you really need something I am sure sending an email to find out if they have it is not too much trouble. Give the store a chance rather than assuming you will have a bad experience. Also, people most motivated to do reviews are usually those with complaints... Something to consider anyway."

"I ordered a game for my niece and after the initial computer generate email I recieved from the company I never heard anything. After two weeks, I contacted the company and was told that the order would be shipped the following day, it wasn't. It wasn't shipping a week later and I continued to follow up, they "apologized" for the delay, and I told them that if it was not going to be shipped the following day to cancel my order immediately or I would be contacting the BBB. They cancelled my order and issued a full refund. I will NEVER order from this company again, nor will I ever recommend this company. Awful. "

"I agree with all of the negative reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. It has been three weeks since our order and there has been no change in the status. It simply states "ordered" under the status and our multiple attempts to contact them using email have gone unanswered. Never trust a company without a phone number..."

"I ordered a video game controller and got an automated email that looked like an order confirmation. Two days later, it looked like the order hadn't been processed at all. After reading several reviews, I decided that this was indeed a fraudulent company. I wrote email after email after email to this company asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I finally got a response, saying my order was canceled and my money would be refunded. The status has not changed on the website and my money has not been refunded.

I agree with there rest of the reviews on here... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Spend $5 more and get your item from somewhere else that will actually process your order and not steal your money. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

"Worst customer Service of all time Run Away Fast Do not order from them. I ordered a christmas gift on 11/19/10 and never recived anything from them. After five EAMils requesting status still nothing. Even today a month and a half latter the status in their Web site still says ordered. Terrible!"

"Wow, I was able to find a scooby doo set for the right price that other places had out of stock or way over priced. Within one hour, they shipped my son's toy within one hour of purchasing, just in time for Christmas. I will definitley shop again!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! I placed my order on November 26th and immediately received an "order confirmation". Here we are three weeks later and not only has my order not shipped, I have yet to hear a single thing from Toystoreinc.com, even after contacting them TWICE. And that brings up another issue I have with this company. The ONLY way to contact them is via email (or by using their online contact form, which is essentially email). They don't even have a phone number! What kind of sales company doesn't have phones as a means of contact? I can actually answer that question. A SHADY COMPANY!

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

(No, they have not processed my payment yet, but that's not the point. Their customer service is terrible.)

"I ordered a Halloween costume for my 6 year old and received the automated response that the order was confirmed. After 2 business days and not receiving any confirmation of items being shipped I tried to contact the company to get confirmation that the item was being shipped. No response. One week after ordering I went to the website and submitted a request for an update. No response. During this same week I visited the site and the item was being sold as in stock. Finally 11 days after ordering, I received an email that the item is not in stock. 7 days before Halloween and my daughter will not have the costume she wanted. Other reviewers posted similar stories saying "No Response." The only contact info they provide is an email address, there is not any other way to contact them. I have ordered hundreds of items over the last decade and this is by far my worst experience. I am extremely unhappy at this company, and would recommend to stay away from them. "
