"This is the worse,and I mean the worse online store I have ever dealt with! On 09Jan12 I ordered a back pack for my seven year old son. I research of course before ordering, of course this was after normal bussiness hours so I really did'nt expect tracking information until normal bussiness hours resumes the next bussiness day. On 0853/12 Jan12 I performed on order inquiry to-date no reponse status still shows open.
