I had mistakenly ordered twice and within an hour I had an email asking me if I had intended to do that. They were able to correct the problem right away, saving me money and the hassel of returning the second item.

"I ordered a Star Wars Action figure on June 2, 2009. It was a pre order but they charged my Pay Pal account immediately. After an inquiry near the end of June, they offered to cancel the order and give me a credit on my Pay Pay account. Since this still hasn't been credited, I contacted Pay Pay who won't help me because it has been over 45 days since the order was placed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I only wish I had known about this website before I placed my order. Never again!! What a scam!"

"I ordered my item on August 12. I paid for this through ToyStoreInc.com's own website with my credit card. Today - August 25 - I received a notice that the item had shipped. It took 13 days to simply ship an item for which I had already paid? Ridiculous. I thought the price of the item was great, but thought that shipping was a bit high; I presumed that shipping was high because it would be shipped faster.

Hopefully I'll actually *get* this item. Sadly, because I used my credit card and not PayPal or Google Checkout, I'll have no recourse should my item not even arrive. Currently, my shipment tracking numbers don't work - nor do I know whether this is coming from USPS or UPS.

I'd certainly use caution with this operation; I'll not be ordering from them again."

"We placed an order online and within an hour we received an e-mail notification that the toy was SHIPPED. We are very impressed with the quick service. Most companies wait a day, or two, or three, before they send an e-mail notice of shipment. We can't wait to receive our toy now.

HOWEVER, they also said if you write a review you'll get a $5 coupon for a future purchase to their online store. They have not followed through on this. I have even wrote them to ask about the $5 coupon and no response."

"I strongly reccommend that you do NOT order from this site. We recently ordered season 3 of Gilmore Girls and were very dissatisfied. Not only did it take a week for it to be even shipped, but they only did it after we sent them an e-mail. It then took another week for the package to arrive. Shipping cost $12. Upon opening the package, we discovered that they had sent the wrong season! Even the shipping information we recieved with the DVD said that we had purchased season 3, while we recieved season 6. So, please don't order from this company!"

"I am not from this store, I wasn't paid to write this, I just felt a duty to go against all the negative reviews out there. I ordered a 30" Disney's Bolt plush (love it), and received the right product (although not all that well packaged) less than a week after. This site had the lowest price available for the product. I got Order Confirmation AND Shipping Confirmation e-mails the day of my purchase, and I was able to track my package's progress through FedEx.

Great site, great service; maybe they have changed their ways? My experience couldn't have been better."

"There are some pretty negative reviews of this site, but I would like to say that I had a good experience with it. I ordered two items on the 21st, and they arrived the 24th. While they accidentally sent a wrong item, they responded to my email within 10 minutes, and also offered a discount because I didn't want to do a return.

I was hesitant to place the order myself after reading the negative reviews but, my desire for the item at a great price clouded my judgement. The eternal optimist, I allowed the few good reviews to win over the bad ones. I also contacted the company myself by email and two people replied to me quickly assuring me they would handle my order (yeah, take my money). The emails came from Jennifer and Cindy.

What a joke!!! After I ordered and paid via Paypal all friendly communication I had received before stopped. BUT, get this, the business day following my order the price for the items on their site increased in price THREE TIMES what I paid. The company's policy states they have the right to cancel all orders due to price errors. I knew would be the next step for me.

The email I was lucky to receive from them on 1/21/2009, after 5 email attempts, stated they had cancelled my order and refunded my credit card. However, I paid with Paypal not a credit card and Paypal had no pending refund on my account since my order was placed. Toy Store Inc also told me that they had sent an email regarding this. NO they did not. Paypal is in the process of re-claiming my money for me.

If you have placed an order with this company and not received your item do not wait!!! You have 45 days from the purchase date with Paypal. File a claim/dispute with your credit card company or Paypal. You are covered if you never received the item you ordered or if you never received your credit the company promised you. Do not let this company get away with stealing your money, from your children or others. They are theives. If enough complaints are filed they will no longer be able to hold an account with Paypal.

Also, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to report them. I suggest you do the same if you have had the unfortunate run in with this company. www.bbb.org Let's shut the operation down!!! "
