"They sent me two ineffective bar cabinets, and are trying to pick them up back in the original package. Not only did I have to build two damaged, they now want me to dis-assemble both units to put back in the package? This is ridiculous. No other furniture store or company has ever treated me this way. Do NOT shop here, if you receive a damaged product, which you WILL, good luck. They take FOREVER to respond, and when they do, they are not helpful in any shape, way, or form. I have no idea if I'm being charged for these replacements, and I am, there will be a HUGE problem. "

"Don't get me wrong, Totally Furniture was good with the price, shipping and everything on their end. I'm just not that impressed with the product (2 bar stools). After opening package we noticed brown grease on white cushions. Okay, we cleaned that off the best we could, but you can still see a very slight stain and after all, nobody will probably notice that, right? Then the backs are not at the same angles on the welds coming up so one leans out about 1 inch further than the other. This is an issue for an old engineer with OCD right? LOL The only other QUALITY issue I noticed was that the seat back circles align perfectly on one and the other has gaps (air pockets let's say) around the top, but not on the bottom section. My OCD is in overdrive so I'm thinking about just removing the backs completely. Oh yeah one last thing, one rattles when you pull it out and I can't figure out for the heck of me. "
