"This company is a fraud. They charged me for goods that never came. They refused refund or replacement. This was supposedly a Fedex delivery. They claimed to be BBB Accredited on their site. But when I checked the BBB website to complain, their company could not be found as they list under Orlando, Florida or anywhere in the US. I am out $238 with no furniture delivered. It figures that they were the cheapest and only company with the inventory of the item I wanted!"
"I recently purchased a pub table and chairs, which required assembly upon arrival. Everything was in good condition with the exception of the table top, which had some damage, presumably incurred during shipment. I contacted Totally, provided a couple pictures of the damage and a new table top was sent immediately. There were no missing pieces (hint) look under the velcro part on the underside of the chair cushion and you will find all necessary bolts and parts if not easily seen in box.
