"Ordered desk on back order and received it within two weeks. Came in two separate boxes a day apart but that was not an issue for me. Extremely easy to put together and I did it by myself. There instructions were fuzzy on one section so I simply called the help line to Sauder and the young lady was herself puzzled by the issue and had to asked for more help herself. Upon getting me the correct answer in about a minute she said she was going to try to get them to clarify the drilling instructions so not to confuse new customers. Afterwards I completed the assembly in about 4 hours and it’s is solid construction so it’s a bit heavy so I would recommend you build it where you plan on putting it. If possible I would also recommend you have glass tops made for the desk tops so not to scratch the desk. The only con on this desk that I have noticed is that the keyboard tray only has about a 2-3” clearance from the bottom of the desk top bottom. So if you have larger hands like myself it makes it a little tight to slip your hand on the mouse if you didn’t want to pull the drawer totally out.

"This was my first time ever building anything. The instructions were well laid out -- easy to follow along and extremely informative, as well as the support website with videos for extra help. Everything came together great until the very last steps to put in the drawers. The bottom part of the interlock mechanism wasn't latching all the way into the bottom drawer actuator. So the top drawer couldn't go in properly. Also the CAM did not reach the lock bracket either, so clearly something was off on the manufacturing end. I ended up drilling new holes to move the lock bracket forward, and also drill new holes to move the bottom drawer actuators back so the interlock mechanism would fully latch on the bottom and allow the top drawer to go in. Besides that, it was a fun experience. I appreciate that the all the nails and accoutrements were labelled and in the nifty plastic holder. My coworker loves the cabinet."

"I love my new desk. It is very good quality. Sturdy and looks beautiful. It was easy to put together, the instructions were simple and had funny quips through out.
The only down side would be the delivery. It was very a very heavy 2 box order. I could not move the boxes myself, not even to slide them. They were left out in my driveway near the road. I am sure the only reason they didn't get stollen was that they were too heavy. I would have prefered them delivered to my porch."

"I shopped for a STORAGE SHED, and I read the description of the StorageHouse- L Portable Storage Shed, but nowhere in that description did it ever mention that it is a TENT.
This is not a STORAGE SHED. It is a nylon tent, and from my camping experience, I know that it will leak any rain since it lacks a waterproof rain fly. There is no mention of the product being waterproof, and the description was intentionally evasive and misleading.
The product description says you can use is as a “haven for outdoor pets too,” but I know any dog or cat would scratch their way out of this tent in a matter of minutes. You could store a caged parakeet in it, but after a shower, the bird would be wet.
When the parcel arrived, I immediately knew something was wrong. I should have refused delivery.
I shopped for this item at Totally Furniture because it was the cheapest. I expected to be charged about $221.00, and I didn’t know they charged some $41 for shipping until I got my credit card statement.
With their shipping charge and refusal to pay the return shipping, it is by far the most expensive of any merchant.
When I talked with Customer Service, I advised that I had only received three emails with info about the delivery; not about the shipping charges.
I will never do business with this merchant again. The woman on Customer Service was nasty.

"I ordered this table because of the sectional that I had in a square table would be best. The left top is so handy when I’m using my laptop or having my coffee in the morning. This table is absolutely beautiful. And it has a lot more storage than I ever thought it would have! The only problem is the corners are very sharp and they are at my knee level so I have to walk around it gingerly lol. "
