"This was a Christmas gift for my daughters house. The fireplace came in 2 packages one being the fireplace heat unit which has nothing to put together. The wood parts took about 1 hour to assemble including the package with all the hardware which was a pain. The appearance of the wood finish looks very nice even though its made from particle board. After completed the whole assemble it looked genuine. Very impressed with the flickering flame. Seems to heat okay. All in al my daughter loves it for her home. I gave it to her 2 weeks before Christmas so she could enjoys it and hang stockings on the mantle."

"i personally returned a dresser, in the original box as shipped, to their warehouse in LA. i took a picture of it when i dropped it off right at their loading dock. i returned it because the laminate was peeling on the dresser right when i took it out to assemble it. i put the items back in the original box as shipped.
They are now denying that i returned it even though i sent them a picture of the item sitting on their loading dock. so they have the item but are refusing the refund because i didn't ship it back via FEDEX or UPS....and instead returned it myself.
