Great experience

"I purchased a pair of heated soles for my hunting boots. I lost the remote that controls the the heating levels on the soles. I contacted the Warming store figuring I was crap out of luck. To my surprise they sent me another remote free of charge. This all took place in Dec. I found the lost remote by chance in my yard about a week ago. I had obviously ran over it with my FJ. It had a crack on the back of it and I figured it was trash. I brought it in and to my surprise it still worked when I paired it with the soles... just awesome customer service. Thanks Watming Store!!"

Sent already opened item and then didn't give a full refund

"I purchased a face shield for my helmet from them. Received the item and the plastic was taped shut as if it was opened and returned. I pulled the face shield out and there was a big spot of sticky residue where a label must have been removed. I emailed customer service for an RMA(because using the return label costs $10 and I was not paying $10 to ship this obviously returned item back). It took 4 separate attempts to get someone to give me an RMA. I sent the item back and received a partial refund to my paypal account. SERIOUSLY A PARTIAL refund for trying to pass of returns as new items. It is not worth my time or mental well being to get the remaining money but know this I will never buy from you or your other affiliates again. Not the way to make happy customers."

Horrible

"I ordered ski boot gloves expecting they were in stock, it has been 10 days and they still haven't shipped yet, I contacted customer service 5 days ago wondering about the status and no one has gotten back to me. Poor customer service.
*Just found out that the unit was backordered about 1 month, even though they said it was in stock.

Did not find these reviews in time or would never have bought!

"Purchased online three items only to find out two were backordered but NOT listed as such on the website. Paid for overnight shipping by air and received ONE item. Called CS and lucky to get through to cancel remaining order, but service personnel were very condescending about refunding shipping and explaining why website does not state items not available in warehouse but listed online to buy. Still waiting on refund of shipping charges and ladies vest I returned over two weeks ago with tracking. Perhaps I will do better to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. This company will gladly take your money but not deliver. "

Do not order from these morons

"Ordered a heated scarf “WITH POWER BANK INCLUDED” in the price. They took my money but never told me it was back ordered. Received scarf after Christmas and on the box it said in magic marker “no bank”. Sent pictures and called multiple times. I can’t get anyone there to understand that I paid $129 for a scarf WITH a power bank - my receipt can prove it- but there was now power bank in the box. When I called they said they would send it. Guess what!!! I have not received anything. They keep sending me UPS confirmation on the scarf. Guess what morons, I will NEVER buy another piece of heated clothing from you EVER. Keep your cheap power bank too. I already bought one at Staples. As I look at the reviews I wonder why on earth anyone would shop here!!!! "

Incomplete order and Incompetent Customer Service

"I have spent over $2600 since mid November and never had a problem until they tried to tell me that they delivered my whole order. I sent them an email requesting when the remaining toe warmers would be received. I ordered 12 boxes for my employees and only got 3 (packing slip even states it). They replied with tracking information stating it was delivered on Saturday. I was here Saturday, I received the box but there were only 3 boxes. Sent another email, again they replied with tracking information. Finally I tried to call, just to sit on hold for 30 minutes and still no body answered the phone. They already got their money, I WANT MY PRODUCT! I will go to every site I can to warn everyone NOT TO USE THEM! Horrible customer service and just plain liars. They lost a potential long time customer with a site that has well over 100 employees. Too bad for them. "

"Place is a joke. They take your money but don’t send your orders. Spent over $180 for 2qty hand warmer and 2qty foot warmer. Never received my foot warmer. E- mailed and called them numerous times and yet to hear back. Not sure if they actually have employees because every call goes to voice mail or disconnects if you hold too long. Scum bags. "

Worst online experience ever

"Ordered a coat for my girl friend seven days before Christmas and paid for three day shipping. When it didn't arrive a few days before Christmas I was informed that they lied to me when they confirmed my order and that it would not be in stock for seven to ten days. Three weeks passed and three letters went un replied and then they told me coat won't be in stock until January 20. If I was told when I placed my order that it would take more than a month to arrive I would have canceled order and bought my girl friend something else. Terrible experience."

Poor customer service response and even worse at delivering. If I could give a "0" star I would.

"Customer service has only 1 time out of the 10 plus attempts we have for getting what was paid for. Never received the item or the credit for the overnight delivery we paid for and then were told after Christmas that they just didn't have it in stock to ship as promised. We gave them two weeks to get it to us, and then never heard back from them again, even after additional repeated attempts. Contacted my credit card company to have the dispute filed with them as well. Will additionally contact the BBB with their poor, poor, poor (did I say poor) response(s)."

No one returns a call

"Bought my wife a heated jacket for Christmas and it was the wrong size have been trying to get through to the customer service department for over a week and have left multiple VM's and I have not gotten any repose, I have sat on hold numerous times only to be disconnected as a recording came on saying I have reached the maximum hold time. This is not a very customer friendly company to deal with, I will not be recommending the warming store to my friends and family"

Horrible customer service!

"I ordered another battery for the gloves I bought from The Warming Store last year. I snowblow area customers driveways in the northern corner of Vermont...""The Norteast Kingdom" and needed another battery to extend my time in the -40 bellow temperatures.
After calling 4 times ( leaving a stronger message each time) and emailing 4 times I gave up and cancelled my purchase. I know they may be busy but not communicating is just wrong.

Ordered item and has never came

"I ordered from the adventure outfitters, (Warming store) on 12/6/2017 and still don't have the item or a shipping notice, I did reach someone on 12/13 to be told that the item was on back order and it should be in that week and it would be shipped, well that was a joke, it never was shipped and it is now 1/2/2018, I have sent many e-mails and they same response keeps coming back, (we are looking into this) I have attempted to reach someone several times and with no luck. Took my money even though the item was on back order. Didn't say so up front like other more honest businesses which is why I chose to buy from them. So they basically trick people into buying their products by not being honest. But how do you know until you have already given them money? So they didn't inform me of this fact. I still don't have a shipping notice or any e-mail canceling this order or the order and NOW I can't reach anyone. I did get a e-mail on 12/12 stating that is was a automated response with a ticket number 110251and that someone would get back to me. OK I am still waiting. 20 days."

THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU WANT A RESOLUTION

"Took my money even though the item was on back order. Didn't say so up front like other more honest businesses which is why I chose to buy from them. So they basically trick people into buying their products by not being honest. But how do you know until you have already given them money? So they didn't inform me of this fact until I finally inquired as to why I had not received a shipment notification many business days later. Then, when I call, they tell me AGAIN it will be another 7-10 business days. When I ask for a resolution THEY CONSULT ON THEIR END AND DECIDE TO HANG UP ON ME.

BUYERS BEWARE. I really have never had an experience like this, ever.
