I wrote customer service the moment the error discovered, and then recieved email replay days later saying sorry order already filled. I replied asking for instructions how to make return. No reply. I wrote again to customer service outling the issue, no reply. I have now sent the item back with copies of this correspondences. Lets see how they respond.
