Next day decided yes I am going to do the upgrade was told the upgrade was $89.99. VERY different from the EMAIL (in writing) what I was told the day before. WOULD NOT HONOR it. "
"Horrible experience. I ordered a backpack from their website. The next day I get an email from them saying that I need to contact them. When I call, turns out the backpack that I ordered is out of stock. I’m already annoyed that I was allowed to order it if they didn’t have it in stock, but stuff happens, fine. The rep tells me my other color options and I choose one. 4 days later I haven’t received a shipping notification so I contact them and they tell me THEY DIDNT HAVE THE NEW COLOR IN STOCK and they’re waiting for it to arrive via customs IN 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. Are you kidding me? There was no mention on the phone that they didn’t have this color either. Anyway, so I wait 10 business days and contact them again for status and they respond with “we’re still waiting, it should be 5-7 MORE DAYS”.

"I had an excellent transaction with The Warming Store. Was look for a golf cooling hat for for this brutal hot, humid Chicago summer, and despite their name, this place had them.
The hat arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
Try one of these hats - - turn it upside down, run it under the faucet until it fills, let it soak in for a few seconds, then squeeze it. It'll keep you 10° cooler! It stays wet for about 8-9 holes, then redo it at the turn.

"I had placed placed 3 orders with The Warming Store. They made an error on each of the orders. They listed an item as in stock, but it was not and they still charged my credit card even after I had cancelled the item. I had to contact their customer service 5 times to correct the other orders and they still messed up the orders. It then took several days for them just to process the remaining orders and to ship. After 2 months, I received a surprise shipment from them on the cancelled item. After going round and round with emails and phone calls to their customer service over several weeks, I finally had to file a complaint and stop payment with my credit card. When I was able to talked to customer service on the phone, they were very nice and seemed to try to help. It just seems that they have extremely poor communication at the business with the shipping, accounting, and orders and people that don't follow through or just don't care about the job they do. Never-ever-ever would I do business with them again or recommend even to someone I disliked!"
