"I am VERY unhappy with my experince this time. I have ordered from spicy legs before & everything was great. However this time I am STILL waitting for MOST of my order to even be shipped out to me. I have sent several emails as well as called the customer service durring normal hours & have NOT gotten a responce. I had to leave a voicemail & have yet to get a return call. I spent over $200.00 guess my happyness doesn't count to them. I must say I WILL NEVER be a return customer for a 4th time. "I had placed an order for the tuxedo corset by Daisy Corsets that comes with a black petticoat, which I asked for in white instead. SpicyLegs was very accomodating to my request and always replied promptly to my emails. When the order came through about 3 business days after the order was placed (I paid for the ground shipping which could have taken anywhere between 7-14 days), the color of the corset was off. Where the white should have been, it was a medium gray VERY obvious when put next to the white petticoat. I emailed and called the customer service; they informed me that they will contact the producer and get back to me with a reply. Needless to say, I couldn't wait for an answer and instead found other better items and asked if I could just return the orginal order. The rep was helpful and went ahead to process the request, letting me know there would be no re-stocking fee and I would be refunded the full amount. Placed a new order and waiting for it to come in the mail. All in all, great service, but the product information could be a little more clear throughout the site."

"Their shipping service is HORRIBLE! I paid an extra $20 for my item to be shipped EXPRESS all for nothing because they shipped it PRIORITY. When I noticed that my confirmation said priority instead of express I called their customer service department. The customer service representative wasn't helpful at all. He kept telling me there wasn't much he can do for me. He said the best he could do was refund me $5! That wasn't even half of the fee they charged me to ship my item EXPRESS like I wanted and which they didn't do! I'm never ordering from them again!"
