"I received my order relatively quickly, but they shipped me the wrong size. There was also no packing slip in the box. I contacted customer service about this and they agreed to send me the correct size, but after not hearing anything for a few days, I followed up and was told that the size I originally ordered was out of stock. After many more delays, they told me that the manufacturer didn't even have it in stock so they let me choose a different item to have sent out instead. Only after I hassled them nearly every day about sending out my new order did they finally get around to doing it. It arrived very quickly once they sent it out, but getting them to send out my order was extremely difficult. I was working with a pretty short time frame, and the customer service representative didn't seem very concerned or inclined to go out of his way to help me. I placed my original order about 3 weeks before halloween, but didn't receive the correct item until a few days before halloween. Although I received my new order by my deadline and appreciated the prepaid shipping label to return the wrong item, the hassle of dealing with their stubborn customer service department is enough to make me never want to purchase from this company ever again."
"I did not recieve all of the things I ordered when I was told I would recieve them then I didnt even get the size I ordered I am VERY DISSATISFIED this is the worst online ordering experience I have had. Then to top it all off I emailed to ask how I can get what I ordered or my money back and no one will email me back. I guess I am about to call a customer complaint or something. hope it is better for you. "

"I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the merchandise. The zipper popped off as soon as I removed it from the package. The nurse bag I purchased looked like a plastic toy I could've purchased from a dollar store. Overall, I will make my purchases with a more reputable on line store next year. I also was dissatisfied with the gurantee this site offers. I informed them another site had the merchandise available at a lesser price and they informed me since it wasn't my size I wasn't eligible for the refund, BUT at the time I informed them it WAS still available...not satisfieDB. Won't be back.."

"I am really upset with this service because I requested for premium shipment. It stated I would receive my order by Friday 10/28 and guess what. Tracking says that I will receive my order on Monday 10/31. I paid extra money to get my order early and for what? NOTHING!!! WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!"
