"When ordering from this company please be very careful. If the item doesn't fit and you need to send it back as I did, it is costly to you and complicated. First, they do not refund any shipping and make you send the item back with a confirmation number which isn't cheap. When they do get the item back, it takes them forever to get you your refund. I bought this item 1 month ago and am still waiting for my refund. Also, they charge a restocking fee so you lose more money.

"I will have to say I echo many of the complaints about this website. I decided to give them a try when I saw the Groupons. I was severely disappointed shortly after placing the order. First, there was no way to combine shipping, so you pay two separate shipping charges -- fine. Second, about a week after placing the order, I receive an e-mail saying one of the items wasn't in stock and they had no idea when it would be in stock again, to please pick another item. Meanwhile, my card was charged for the other order, and I still hadn't received the merchandise. Upon giving them the item information for the replacement item, I find out that they were holding the first order to ship with second. Considering they say they will charge your card once the order has shipped, I was a little perplexed, but I decided to move on. After receiving all of my items in 1 envelope, it became clear: they were going to charge me to ship the items separately, but would pocket additional money by shipping them together. After receiving the items, we found the materials used to be very poor. They felt cheaply made and some of the garments felt as if they were made out of plastic. After inquiring (twice) about return information, they responded after 3 weeks asking which items I wanted to return. I was then told I was responsible for return shipping (even though the items were NOT as described) and that there was a "$3 restocking fee". Considering the return price was only $13, and the shipping was about $5, I would only get $5 back after paying for shipping AND restocking fees. I decided to keep the items rather than wasting money on sending them back. However, needless to say, I will not be buying from them again. I found the products to be sub-par and the customer service poor. "
