"I received an email stating that both of my dresses were shipped, they were not! I only recieved the purple dress and I have tried calling but no one answers. I order my dresses within plenty of time for them to get here for my event this weekend, but as these are costumes for others, I NEED BOTH DRESSES. THIS IS FREAKING REDICULOUS, HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE."

"I ordered a dress from you on a Last Monday the 17th. I payed $29.99 for
premium shipping. My dress came on the following Monday. I would like
to get my shipping returned and I would like to return the dress. I
see there is a 110% guarantee for the shipping on the website. There
is no information on returns. Also there was no paperwork in with the
box. I have all the emails of my purchase. Please let me know how to
go forward with returns and also getting my money back for the premium
shipping.
I don't like or need the dress because it was for a Halloween party
for the 23rd.
It is a white dress, not a costume. I think its unfair I order premium
shipping a dress and receive it 7 days later. There was a reason for
paying an expensive shipping cost. I havent open the wrapper on the
dress so it hasnt been touched. Here is my information:

"I don't think I will ever shop here again you messed up my order the guy wasn't that nice when i called to tell him what had happen I still haven't gotten the right order. You guys would have to give me a huge gift card to even think of shopping here again. Yet alone I will never tell my friends to go threw you cause I don't think you can do the order right. "Very good. Items arrived about a week apart but I was able to track easily with the information provided.

Products were acceptable quality. Unfortunalty costumes do not use nice fabric for this price. Compared to others I have ordered over the internet, I felt these were better quality than most.

I will shop again from this company.

"Ordering online was ok - it's hard to find the "checkout" button - if there is any.
Otherwise one part got shipped right away. I called 6 days later to check on the rest and I was supposed to be informed same day .... so far 36 hours later...no email...no call. Will call in a few min again. Not so very happy.
