Earlier: Terrible experience! Paid for expedited shipping to get items in time for event and according to website promised date. Order arrived 3 business days (5 days total) late. I had to buy something locally for event. They refused to refund shipping AND charged return shipping PLUS restocking fee for item I couldn't use because it was late. Don't order from here if you care about customer service! "
