"I was very happy with the speed with which I was contacted after placing my order to confirm the artwork. The 20 oz. double-walled insulated tumblers I ordered looked great upon arrival.

However, out of 65 pieces ordered, 5 were broken upon arrival. The joint at the top of the cup between the outer and inner cups was cracked, causing the two pieces to come apart. I was disappointed, but luckily we had ordered extra just in case, so this wasn't a huge issue.
Unfortunately, this was not an issue caused by rough handling of the shipping company as I had assumed. After distributing the cups, people kept coming up to me with the same problem: the cup had broken at the joint of the inner and outer wall, separating the parts of the cup. This was extremely disappointing to me, and I plan to contact SilkLetter about this obviously inferior product.
UPDATE:
Less than an hour after posting this review I was contacted by a member of the SilkLetter customer service team. They were greatly distressed by my negative experience, and were eager to right the wrong. They asked me to provide my total breakage numbers, and had replacements quickly printed and sent out to me, with EXTRAS just in case. I will absolutely shop with this company again, as I feel that they truly care about the customer and the service they provide.
