"I'm actually really disappointed in SilkLetter. First I made a order thinking it would be free shipping because that is what it says on their website, a couple days later I got a e-mail telling me my shipping won't be free because I live in hawaii. I informed the girl that they should put that on their website because the whole reason I went with them was because of the free shipping. After that the lady e-mailed me back totally ignoring my comment about my order not being free shipping... she e-mailed me my new total, good thing I double checked it because the total she gave me was completely wrong. I then asked how long will my order take she told me 6-10 days, its now the 11th day and I have not received my order. I contacted Silkletter on the 10th day and spoke with a man who told me I should be getting it today... he gave me my tracking number, FINALLY (I have been waiting for someone to e-mail me this tracking number from the day I put in my order) Today I tried tracking my order and the tracking number the guy from silk letter gave me is WRONG... I'm really upset because I paid a lot of money. The event I needed these cups for is tomorrow and it's looking like I ain't gonna have them. I will never ever order anything from this website ever again."

"Excellent! I had to make a rush order when another vendor could not provide the product I desired in timeline that was promised. I received my order today and the quality is good at a reasonable price. In addition, when I did not receive the proof withing 24 hours they called me directly to make sure the items could be delivered by the date requested. I highly recommend this company and will order from them again."

The site was easy to use and the art department was willing to send me a virtual proof ahead of time in order to market the product. Customer Service was very responsive to both my emails and phone calls. The order was delivered as scheduled and the free shipping was a plus. The bottles arrived today and they look great. If the imprint actually stays on the bottles after use then I would rate the experience overall as very successful."
