He then went on to state that their IT system had changed and they were unable to provide information as to where the order is/when it is expected. "I am super disappointed with my order from Silkletter.com. I purchased the Personalized Narrow 63" Table Runner with Silk Screen, but when my runner came in, my logo was done in heat transfer.

I contacted them about this and they told me that logos with multiple colors (mine was black and white) are printed with heat transfer and not silk screen, but this information is no where in the product description during the order process. Also when I had the option of picking colors it said "Silk Screen- from 1 to 4 Spot Colors" and when I received 2 different proofs, both said Silk Screen for the imprint method.

I received no information that it would be done in entirely different technique and not what I purchased.

I tried to resolve this situation with them since the heat transfer technique is definetly NOT worth what I paid for my runner, but I have heard nothing back from them.

If a listing as well as proofs say silk screen, than that is the technique that you should get. Not some entirely different technique of poorer quality. I am still hoping they make this right by sending me my order with the printing method I purchased, or a full refund."
