"I ordered a radio and back up camera for my nissan murano. I then decided to cancel both, and i sent several emails out to cancel both items. The radio was cancelled, but the camera didnt cancel. When i emailed again they said "we are sorry but the camera has already shipped". They shipped the camera out under my nose. Also, i had paid for express shipping. The camera shipped a week ago, and its still not here. When i went to track it, the tracking info never updated. Ugh. I then reached out to get a refund for shipping sincd the item didnt come within the specified time and i was told that theh could not refund the shipping. This is outrageous!!!! I am never shopping here again. I'd rather vote for Trump than shop here again "

"Supposed to be plug and play was not. GPS doesn’t work won’t let me change to my country, buttons do not work correctly and one not at all. Sent them a message about the issues and no response. It was the same way with their communication when I was waiting for the radio to be deliver which also was a mess it took twice as long to get them the stated. Save you money "

I just a minor issue where the radio do not turn off afer removing the key. Maybe an installation error but anyway.. i shut it down manually. Also I not have all radio station, but I will double check with the guys who make the installation to ensure that the antenna has been well connected.

"“Purchased” a MOST Fiber Optic converter for my Bose FO HU ($99). Ordered it mid-April and then in mid-May asked where the product was.
They sent me a 4PX tracking number that indicates it reached the US and was transferred to the USPS. Of course the USPS tracking number that Seicane sent was invalid (I checked with the local Post Office).
It’s been 2 months since I told them that the part never arrived and they want proof that it never arrived. Needless to say you can’t prove a negative.
Paid through PayPal and started a dispute, but they seem to be scam artists there too. Luckily my PayPal is tied to my Visa card and after 3 weeks of the PayPal dispute I just went through my CC company to have the cost reversed.
They are still contacting me about the PayPal dispute, which I won’t close because screw them.

Bluetooth connects but no sound
I have now lost hands free on the phone
The SD slot has a blanking plate behind it so you cant install an SD card
The screen has pink bands running down through it and while the video plays again no sound.
I could originally play music from the USB port with a pen drive, now I can't
The radio is that remains working after installing this Seicane unit.

"I didn’t expect too much based on the price point but unfortunately it does not do the basics of what is advertised. While it took several months of chasing to actually get my order and threatening a paypal reversal In the process, the item arrived but the reverse camera does not work (which was the main reason for purchase). I’m also finding the unit has the following issues;
- Bluetooth quality unusable
- the volume changes by itself randomly
- screen changes modes by itself randomly
- many settings do not do work when changed
- some controls are working on steering wheel as advertised others do not work and will not program
To top this off, all I really care about is getting the reverse camera to operate however Seicane will not respond to any messages.
It was only $340 but a waste of $340 at that as it doesn’t work."
"spent $350 on a radio for my tundra. missing all sorts of parts and I shipped back for $85.00. Paypal ruled in favor of seller because item is not delivered. This is a huge scam. no customer service they should be taken off of the internet and should not be able to sell in the USA."
"They have not responded to my emails. They sent me a damaged box with used parts. They did not mention it would be used. The cables it came with were all tangled and shoved in a white box. Their picture on their site includes 6 screws. I only received 4. The bag containing the screws was dusty and dirty. They said it came with a microphone. There is no microphone in the box. The biggest reason why I made this purchase was because of steering wheel controls, and the version 9.0. The unit they sent does not respond to my steering wheel and worst of all, its version 8.0. A 2 year old unit sent as a new recently made unit. Its even on the unit itself. They seem very careless.
It cost me $87.44. I lost almost 25% of my money for nothing. I asked for a newer model. And they sent me an older model and still had me pay to return it."
"I ordered a radio from Seicane.com and paid $53 for 3-5 day expedited shipping. It has now been 20 days and nothing! They continue to give me the run around and they are outright lying saying the product has shipped but when I contacted DHL they told me that it has not been shipped and only a shipping label has been created. I would avoid doing any business with seicane.com at all cost. put a few more dollars into your purchase and go somewhere else. The product may look good on there website but you may never see your purchase actually make it to your home."
