"The Android unit in it self seems to be of standard good quality. However, the customer support is extremely incompetent and unwilling to resolve actual issues.
Seicane sent me an adapter that is not correctly pinned, with components that do not match my car.
They ignore actual technical questions and resort to "standard" answers, as if they did not understand english.
I got the unit over a month ago, and as of now, I have a mailthread of 30-ish mails back and forth just going in circles. The customer support does not try to get the answers for you, they just ignore the questions they don't know the answers to. Note that the questions are about the product they sent me.
My issue is still unresolved, and the "top of the line" head unit does still not work.
Do not expect Seicane to care about you as a customer.

"I order a double din dash kit for my 2011 Ford Fiesta and they didn’t come with the accessories to complete my installation. Now I’m stuck with a half installed radio and no booster clips, (that was supposed to be included with the kit) to lift my monitor up so it can fit the top dash. I emailed the company on several occasions about my issues only for my emails to be constantly ignored! I sent pictures of the incomplete installation and I am furious because I paid a lot of money to have this thing installed properly in my vehicle and now It looks like anybody can break into my car and steal my radio because it looks like it can be accessed easy by thieves. This is the worst service and worst company I’ve ever ordered from, period!!!!!"

It is so fluid with the controls, and it's almost like using an actual new android tablet in your car. And Seicane's customer service is impeccable. "Easy Install. Just follow you-tube for removal of OEM radio. Make sure you attach CANBUS module. Apps are very fast. Works as expected. It's a great product and I've had great service.

"Purchased a radio for a F-150 and it has had to have been the worst decision I have made. The radio was not working we tried contacting them they would not respond they would not help, in the end it ended up over heating a circuit and our air conditioning stopped working. When wanted to return they said they will give us back not even a quarter of what we paid then finally said ok we will take whatever you give us because we dont want this and did not even return $1 dollar of what we paid. We paid about $500 and did not receive not 1 penny of the money back.
This company does not deserve good credit I am writing this to protect peoples money from wasting it on junk.

"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The radio they said it would be the correct radio with the correct connectors they were never correct at all nothing matches whatsoever it is not 3 to 5 day business shipping it took over a week and a half they will refuse to give you a refund and push you out of your return policy notice. They will not give you the address for the refund and they are not quick with responding. They want to give you a piddly feedback and for you to keep the radio the fee doesn't even cover the shipping that it costed to get it to me. I even took pictures of my radio connectors and they said it would work and it never did. This place is a scam and a gimmick they will take your money and leave you helpless."
"I puchased a unit for my car. couldn't be happier than that! This totally paid $500+ head unit made my car feel like better than Tesla! It uses fiberoptic cable, rejuvenating my harman Kardon Amp. I installed it myself, that easy! Customer service also is very helpful. Don't hesitate to buy Seicane product and don't listen to those people who mess up the device and blame their failure on this product/company! I rarely write reviews and don't have time, but for this one can't wait to do that."

"The stereo works very well! It took us a while to figure out how to wire it up, but it works very well and isn't any more difficult to install than any other aftermarket head unit. All necessary and requested cables were included.
