The positives are-good communication, great coupon codes and the tailor tries to make blouses as best as he can with the designs submitted. I was especially surprised that they gave me extra 5 % discount when I mentioned to them that after I used their 30% coupon code, they came out with a 35 % coupon code. i wish they had wider varieties of selections. I have researched several sites and feel items are usually 100 usd more for same compared to other sites but with coupon codes, actual price comes out to be better. "

You stated that a solution to resolve this issue was made. Well, apparently the customer is unaware. The only response from customer service was that its color variation. I have been sending emails and haven’t heard anything back. You giving me a resolution on this website after I gave a rating but no one has contacted me personally.
Secondly, The Shewani I received it TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR from what I ordered. I have even sent the pictures to your customer service to which I have not received any response to. I wish I could upload the picture. Also, I don’t want a new Saree, but my issue is with the Shewani color. What is adversited on the website and what was sent to me wasn’t simily a ‘color variation’. Lastly, if you really want to resolve this, send an email to my personal email. I didn’t hear back from Saree.com until my comment on this website.

Low quality and worst customer service
I matched a Sherwani & Saree using the pictures on their site. Then I bought the Sherwani only. I wanted to make sure they are legit. I ordered a light blue color Sherwani but I received a very very dark greenish blue Sherwani. Customer service said that’s just color variation. So I bought the Saree assuming the color will be same as the Sherwani. But NO. The Saree is same color as the picture online. I contacted customer service. They excuse is color variation. They wouldn’t even offer the exchange for the correct color and wont refund. They even ignore my emails and won’t respond back. So be careful because the color which you see online and the product you get will receive will be totally different. Also, they have bad customer service. Once they have your money, there is no incentive for them to accommodate your request or hear your complaints’ have been emailing them, but after the first response, they wouldn’t email. So now I have clothes which we can’t wear and we wasted hundreds of dollars. "
