"I was very impressed with the detailed photos & the explanations given for the measurements. This made it very easy to give my sizing online & I could communicate with the rep online. It's also great that you ship to Australia, and I was happy with the time from order to receiving my package. The fitting is correct for saree blouses but if customers need looser fit for garments, they need to put it in remarks in measurement or it might feel too tight.

"I will never be a repeat customer. Don't believe their return or refund policy. I worked with several ppl who provided terrible service. They don't understand customer service. . The item didn’t fit and the WORST service ever. After “checking out” online, the measurements group contacted me. We traded many emails & we were still finalizing when I got a call and was told the LAWN kameez was made at measurements given at checkout. I was surprised as the emails had no conclusion. When I asked the lady, she was very rude, yelling & kept interrupting me. Finally, she said I had to take the outfit in 46 and they are confident that it would work for my height. After receiving the item, I talked to customer service several times but there was no one who would provide help or service.
After I received the outfit I spoke to customer relations several times and no one would help or return my call. I was very upset as I was still discussing with the measurements group when I learned that the LAWN kameez was made with measurements given at checkout. I was yelled at while a lady on the phone refused to acknowledge the emails with measurements team.She forced me to accept the one that was made while telling me that my length was correct, the item would touch the floor. It didn't and they've all used the same tag line. "
"They have good deals sometimes which is why I used to shop there alot. However customer service is a joke. I had to talk to at least 4 people after receiving a badly damaged product (stained and torn salwar kameez). They suggested I buy a NEW dupatta because the dupatta they sent me was damaged. You can imagine my outrage. Afterwards, offered to fix it if I shipped it back. I would have to pay for the shipping. Needless to say, I went to another tailor and paid him to fix whatever he could. They have people waiting to chat and help you while you are shopping (giving them your money), but when it comes to a loyal shopper whom received a bad product, everyone is suddenly too busy to help. I requested a refund which took me over a month to receive, moreover it was a partial refund of $22 on a $160 order. Not happy. All I can say is, think twice before ordering especially for a special occasion. "

I used to order from Utsav.com and they took like 2 months to ship my order, however it was always nice suits and it was what it shows in the picture. Measurements were okay too.
I ordered from Sareez this time and they delivered it quickly, within 7 days (I paid around $100 for it) but it was SO UGLY. It did not look anything like the picture, it just looks like a cheap knockoff of the picture. It's like they don't have anyone actually looking over these dresses to make sure they look good. When I emailed them they asked me to send pictures of the ugly dress. When I sent it they had the audacity to tell me it is completely fine and looks good. Then I emailed the manager Ankit and he asked me to send MORE pictures, this time with the dress on. I honestly don't have patience for all this, he even mentioned in his email that the dress is fine and there is nothing wrong with it.
I dont understand what kind of customer service this is, if I am telling you that the dress is ugly then it obviously is. Also the fabric in the picture is COMPLETELY different from the one they stitched, they used the cheapest fabric and embroidery. I wish you could upload pictures here so people can see what they are sending.
