"I have purchased three times from sareez. Last time they destroyed my dress. I have talked to their associate 9 times before stitching. I gave all the instructions and measurement. But they made my dress just as per their own mind created measurement. When I report them they never ever say sorry for their mistake, behave very rudely with me and denied to give compensation. Their associates are very rude, shameless and manner less. They tried to hide their guilt by making false words and blaming me that I have create confusion. While I have gave them every bit to bit instruction. Finally they gave only 15 dollar instead of my 78 dollar dress. Even they were so audacious that they claim that they are giving such big amount!!"

"No matter their items are good I had very bad experience with Sareez not once but twice. The items I ordered were not available with them But they displayed in website. And did not bother to tell me that the item was not available till i called them for my delay shipping. Since the delivery was too late I asked for replacement with the same 35% discount and even they promised too initially. But they never gave the discount as per my first order date, instead gave the present discount which was only 30%. When asked there answer was so rude saying not to argue & tat is the best they can do. Very bad experience. Not sticking to their words."

"Ok so i had a problem i order 6 lawn kameez i received 4 so far i will receive the other 2 on Friday. Shipping timing was great. Now my problem is this before purchasing i asked the online customer rep about my items if the were applique or embroidery in the cloth i was told they are embroidery i asked on more than one occasion an was told they are embroidery i received 4 so far an only 1 is embroidery the other 3 are are applique i am not satisfied with this it is a cheaper workmanship an i was deceived in not being told the truth when i enquired, i asked with regard to length an was told i'd get my length 55 inches as they are LAWN KAMEEZ. i only took stitching for 2 items. when i received these 4 item they came short n i quote what the site has ".Minimum kameez length for this lawn kameez will be 48 inches"
Only 1 of my kameez so far is 50 inches the other 3 are 48 inches or less i cannot get my length from them false advertising, how can the site state 48 inches as minimum when the kameez maximum is that length and please note all the items i purchased are LAWN KAMEEZ WITH THE IMAGES EVEN SHOWING THE KAMEEZ LENGTH TOUCHING THE GROUND AND DESCRIPTION STATING 48 INCHES AS MINIMUM LENGTH SO WHY WHY WHY WERE THEY ALLL SHORT .Also I received two items with less lining cloth so i had to purchase full lining cloth again locally because i would not get the same cloth here an even so joining the cloth in the lining would show cause the cloth is see through . I sent pictures for one i am not satisfied with what i received thus far. I also think customer support online should give 100% accurate information because they always ask to hold while they check. ."
"******DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY***** Terrible, terrible customer service. They sent me a salwar that had no sleeves at all after I requested the outfit to be just like the picture which had sleeves. After I exchanged numerous emails with their "support" team in which they claimed they needed to do an investigation, they offered to send me the matching sleeves ONLY if I ordered something else. They made all sort of excuses rather than just resolving it by sending the sleeves. Why would I continue to send business to a company like this?"
"My Order had four items (Sharees) to be delivered in one location in Los Angeles. Out of 4, 3 were delivered initially on time and one was not. I was notified as there will be delay and delivered on a later date. Finally it was delivered and the customer service called me and advised progress of the shipment accordingly.
