"BEWARE of SAMSTORES! Their return policy is horrible. I tried to order a standard US Band Nokia N95 and received a European N95 instead. Nowhere on the page does it state that this is a European phone:

I spoke to two customer service reps, Shobi and Santu, and both berated me and yelled at me on the phone. I was told I had to have an RMA for a refund, but the RMA page is blank. I tried to speak to the Supervisor but was told that he was "out" and the only contact information I was given for him was a generic ****@**** email address. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSTORES!"

He went over with the whole list and items which where not in stock was replaced with new energy saver models for the same price. Everything was within my budget. I saved almost 15 to 20% compared to other stores.They allowed me to use 4 different cards due high amount.

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a Motorola V60i from them which initially arrived with a dead battery which they did replace. Then I noticed that it was not possible to change faceplates with the phone, which is one of the most attractive features of this particular Motorola phone. The "V60i" logo was also missing from its customary location on the phone. Smelling a rat, I requested a refund, which, after going around in circles with the RMA process, they denied. Bad people to do business with."

I ordered an HTC Hero cell phone. Despite being listed as a North American version (Product Code: 14092), they sent a European model, which is pretty useless to me. They do not want to admit an error implying that it was my fault. During a phone conversation I have been shouted on and hung-up by an Indian guy. Deal with them at your own risk!

"Warning!!! Just stay way from this store, I placed two orders with in two years. The one package received after almost 20 days. It was used and damaged. I paid to return package and they charge me restocking fees too. I lost almost $40.
And also I ordered a V3 Motorola phone within last year and them never responds I dispute credit card for getting my money back.
