"They sent the wrong item out of the two I ordered which was supposed to work together for me and my design. In order to return them their return policy was so difficult that it took them weeks to even figure out a way to get me a label to ship them back. It was supposed to be a 24 hour to 48 hour turnaround. They lied to me. Time and time again they said they take care of it 3 1/2 weeks went by still nothing. Meanwhile they had my money. It took over a month to return them because they insist that you request a return code via email from them and if you dont have the code on the items when shipped back they refuse them.

They also in the process asked if they gave me another discount if would I just keep the rugs and make it go away.

They are deceitful ...they are dishonest ...they are the worst business people and I will never buy from them again. Also when you call them for customer support you can barely understand anything that is being said.

"My experience with Ruglots.com could not have been better, I'll explain why. This is for all of you shoppers out there (which sadly I am one) who have ever made a purchase online that seemed to go through just fine, you completed the order process, got your order number and assumed your item was safely on it's way to you and all that was left was to wait for it to be delivered, only to have this happen... Sometime within the next few days or sometimes even weeks, you get the dreaded email apologizing that your item is NOT available, GRRRRRRRRR! sooooooo frustrating, right? Especially when it was something that you REALLY, REALLY wanted or had been searching for, for what seemed like FOREVER!! Well this was what had appeared to have happened (BUT DIDN'T) with the rug I had found at Ruglots, that I so dearly wanted because of it's size mostly... and the color... and the design...AND the PRICE!!!! ( lol, what can I say, just that there it was, it all came together and I HAD TO HAVE IT!) I'm sure plenty of you can relate. Anyway, very soon after I placed the order I was notified that while the rug wasn't available at that exact time, I could still get it but would just have to wait a few weeks. First, I was surprised at how fast they emailed me to let me know but at the same time soooooooo disappointed because I thought, here we go... and was sure this was not going to end well and my search for yet another rug was going to continue yet again (which the thought of made me crazy). But honestly, because they were so prompt in letting me know, were very apologetic AND had offered to give me a discount on the cost because of the inconvenience of having to wait, I reluctantly decided to let my guard down and do the wait and see thing. Well, not only did I receive that very rug, it was exactly as advertised and BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Exceeded my expectations, fit the space perfectly, (the dimensions given were spot on) is well made without a stitch out of place. I can't tell you how HAPPY I am. Ruglots were true to their word and stood behind it. Which in my experience is more than not the way it usually turns out when this kind of situation occurs. They answered my emails promptly and kept me updated the whole time. They didn't forget about me and it meant alot. Having had my own business I know how important good customer service is and I realize that what a lot of people do is just expect it without being appreciative when a company does deliver. I am appreciative and feel good being able to pass along my experience to other shoppers. Ruglots was excellent and I will definitely shop there again. Hope this helps and that you get the same service as I did. "
