"I purchased outdoor patio furniture from Ruglots.com. (Cosmopolitan series by Zuo Modern) After 3 weeks, the cushions faded tremendously with normal sun exposure. I contacted Ruglots.com and they did have the manufacturer ship new cushion covers to me. I knew this would fade the the original covers because it was the identical material. They understood it was clearly a manufacturer defect and I wanted to return the items. After all, I just spent $1,600 with Ruglots.com and ended up with patio furniture that looks 10 years old, after just one month! THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING!! They did offer me a $300 credit which I took, but came to find out it will cost me over $1,000 to have the cushions recovered in UV stable fabric (like it was originally advertised to be!) So now I am stuck with new furniture that I am honestly ashamed of. All they had to do to keep a good, first-time customer like myself happy is pay (or have the manufacturer pay) for return shipping. I should not have to be penalized for return shipping for furniture that was falsely advertised as safe for outdoor use. I have NEVER written a bad review before but hopefully this will help others. Live and learn, stay away from Ruglots.com, they do not stand behind their products!!!"
