"I am somewhat dissatisfied becuase the website stated the rug I ordered was available and then 2 weeks later I come to find out it was not available and back ordered a month later. I then cancelled the rug order since it was not going to arrive in time for my project and received a cancelation notice. Then I am informed the rug was not cancelled some how with the manufacturer and they shipped the rug out anyway. A credit and return had to be done. To be honest this my first order I placed with your company and I was not thrilled with how everything went. One suggestion do not have items listed on your website stating they are available when in fact they are not available and back ordered."
