I was very pleased with not only how they look, but how it functioned. "Ordered a lift kit and waited weeks to receive it. Took it to a shop to have it installed but they discovered they had sent two right side brackets for the rear. Because they were part way through the install and would have charged me to take it out again I asked them to modify the right bracket into a left side bracket. This cost me another hour of shop time to get the bracket modified to work. When I called and explained that they had sent me two right sided brackets they said there was nothing they could do to compensate me. They offered to send a replacement but I didn't need one because the shop had already modified the duplicate right sided bracket into a left side bracket. No concerns from this place about screwing up and costing me a couple hundred bucks. Would never buy from these guys ever again!"

"Ordered the parts online late Saturday. Parts were shipped out on Monday. They arrived in great condition. Install went smoothly. After alignment my caster is finally right. It's weird being able to hear the bumps but not feel them. :)

"Ordered a part I needed didn't here anything so I called them ,they informed me that my card didn't go through so I paid again on phone and got confirmation that it went through. Was told my part was packed and would go out that day which was Thursday as my call was first thing Thursday morning. I noticed that there was no tracking movement and contacted UPS and was told package was still at retailer that they only generated a shipping label but didn't ship it! It's been sitting there for 4 days now.
I can't stand lazy! Or being lied to . especially when you have to chase them to get answers and updated . Would consider looking elsewhere if you want your parts and not get BS'D!"

"ordered on 2nd of Aug 2017 should receive the last part for the tj over steer on the 25th of Sep. terrible service. none of the holes lined up and had to be drilled/reamed. the left side swaybar mount had to be cut and realigned. I had several unanswered emails. I finally contacted Austin at Rustys Offroad who helped me get the parts to finish this project. This is defintely not a bolt on kit and will require several days of drilling welding and fitting and purchasing extra parts to get this done. Really like the way it turned out but do not expect timely delivery or service help. and you better have an well stocked shop with all kinds of tools to get it done "

"I checked everywhere. Finally, on recommendation from the Toyota FB group, I ordered with RRO. They told me there was a wait time due to demand. Got the kit sooner than expected. Installed easy enough. Didn't really even look at the directions. First test was with a Hilift jack in the driveway. Solid!! I dig their lifetime guarantee on these things. Answered every question I had, so my customer service experience was fine.

Not sure why these other reviewers can't give a 4x4 shop a break for building special order parts and not having them out the next day.
