"Words cannot begin to describe my frustration with this company. I waited 19 weeks for my sliders to come in. The email that confirmed my purchase was clear that it would take 2-8 weeks before the sliders would be shipped. I became concerned when 9 weeks had past and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I decided to email Rocky Roads asking for an update. This is the response I received and I quote "Did we respond to an emailer email from you? The LX inquiry looks familiar..." yes I copied and pasted that; spelling errors and all. What kind of customer service is that?! Despite me wanting to berate them and demand why the heck that even mattered, just answer my dang question! I held my tongue and kindly let them know that "no" I had not inquired about this prior and I still have not received an update.
No response.... On week 10 I decided to remind them yet again I have not received an update. Again no response. Did they forget about me? Did they take the money and run? Week 13 my patience finally ran out and I gave them a call. Was told it wouldn't ship for another 4 to 5 weeks.... but hey, at least they didn't forget about me! Finally on the 18th week I was contacted by the shipping company to set up a delivery time to my house. All that was fine and dandy right up until they told me that Rocky Roads wouldn't cover the cost to have them remove the package off the truck; by the way this is a two man job. Rocky road of course failed to disclose this. "well how much is it?" I asked. $180 was the response... "of course it is... no big deal." I'll just have it delivered to the shop I work at and I'll unload it with my co worker. The shipping company then informed me that they would have to get approval from the seller first, and so they did. Rocky road then called me on the 19th week saying in order to change the shipping destination, they would have to charge me an additional $50! I can't win with these guys!! You under deliver, you fail to communicate, you fail to disclose additional fees, you provide lousy customer service, and you have the audacity to charge me $50? Their final words to me were that I should just pick it up from the warehouse. I will never do business with this company again. "

"I’m a 2008 and 2009 Jeep Commander owner in northeast Ohio. I just recently purchased your powder coated Kicker Rock Sliders for my 2009 Commander. The delivery package was heavy and the Sliders were well protected and packaged. Each of the two Sliders had 5 mounting brackets (two for the frame and three for the pinch weld openings). Each of the five brackets used two bolts. Fit and finish on the Sliders appeared to be excellent and each also came with a template to test for hole overlap with the body’s pinch openings. Some of the bolt holes had to be redrilled or enlarged to ensure a proper fit, but any competent shop/installer would have no problem with this. The main frame brackets were heavy duty and required drilling of the frame to bolt on. INSTALLER TIP – when snaking bolts through frame into brackets, we found it helpful to solder larger bolts on the shaft end of the bolt to a stiff wire, which then permitted us to pull the bolts through the openings. We took our time with install (several hours, maybe around 4) and you’ll need some good drilling equipment and shop tools. All in all, I believe these Kicker Rock Sliders to be seriously heavy duty, well built, and exactly what I was looking for to protect my Jeep. "

Jared their sales guy sold me a lift kit in July and promised it would be drop shipped to my address by end of August. By now its the end of September and i get a call from him on Monday 9/23/19 stating that the lift kit parts have arrived and will be drop shipped to me within 5 days and that they needed payment to proceed. After collecting my $2500+ payment Jared calls me today (Friday 9/27/19) with a terrible attitude, saying that the majority of my lift kit components are missing after they had confirmed they received everything and charged me for it. He offered no solution. He bluntly said (verbatim word for word): "if you dont like it i can just cancel your order and u can buy your lift kit somewhere else" after ive waited over 2.5 MONTHS for the lift. These guys are a joke. Dont waste your time. Already found the Kit i wanted somewhere else for CHEAPER!!!

"Just finished installing my patriots new roof rail system and I could not be more pleased. Installation took less than an hour and the rails look awesome. The only complaint I have is that, though instructions were provided for installing the rails, there weren’t any for installing the cross bars. I figured it out easily enough through trial and error, and if I can anyone can.
Shipping did take a while, as they do their production in batches and everything is made to order. I think I waiting about 2 months. BUT, the company was incredibly responsive to every email, provided detailed responses to my questions, and kept me totally up to date.
I will definitely be ordering from them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for patriot parts. "
