I decided to call the salesman who initially sold me the phone (Steve), and he took the time to go over everything with me. What a great asset he is for your company! I wish you could overnite me the instruction booklet as that would be helpful - I leave for Italy in 5 days.

I needed a number just to call back my fiancé in US. Most of the time I used data bundle for finding different places and making my online bookings. Using data on data bundle is better than making using balance in calling local people and outside. Its on my mind now. "

"Just a quick review of RebelFone's service. I was traveling to France and bought a post-paid nano SIM with data. Once I received the SIM I tried it in the US, and it fried right up on network. Once in Europe, we had a small issue with data enabling, however, that is where the service really proved itself. Even over the weekend, Matt was there for me and worked to get it resolved. Small issue that could have ruined the trip, but this company won my business for all future trips!"

"I placed an order to rent a phone for use in Israel. A few days later, I received a call that RebelFone does not have any phones that work in Israel, and my order was being cancelled. Then a day later, I received a call from customer service asking me to provide more credit card info for my order. He verified that my order was cancelled, and I asked for an email verification of cancellation, which has never come. I emailed customer service to get an email confirmation of cancellation, and it has still never come. I found another vendor, and the prices will be lower than RebelFone's prices."
