"This company has gone to crap. It used to be a pretty decent company, their customer service was immaculate and they did put their customers first. This is no more the case, customers and customer service has taken a back seat. The process of trades and selling is absolute ludicrous. They give you an offer then when items come into their warehouse it’s subjective. Some people will accept it and others will reject it and forget customer service. All you get is “I’m sorry I wish I could do more” they can do more they just choose not to. This is a business company that profit off of other peoples products in order to stay in business and make large profits! This company is so stressful to deal with, there’s no more real customer service. They buying team is very subjective and lie. It’s unfortunate. Go to the real real sell to them and just keep it as store credit, also do the same with fashionphile. They will offer more and you can get 10% on roof of the offer when you covert it into credit. At least there there’s more customer service to gain and less stress and more money! Also try Poshmark! You can sell directly and make more money compared to selling it to reselling companies. They accept a Cartier bracelet, inspected it in house and gave me a higher offer. I declined it due to wanting to put it towards a difference trade. 2 weeks later I resubmitted it and traded it and it got to the warehouse and it got rejected. Lol this company is a joke "
