Amazing customer service

"My faucet was dripping and when I called, they were so helpful. Immediately contacted franke on my behalf and got the piece I needed to replace. Adina kept on top of it until the shipment went out and sent me tracking info . Really excellent service!"

Adina - Customer support going above and beyond....

"My wife and I purchased a shower enclosure from Quality Bath MANY MANY moons ago - lets just say the warranty was well past it's time. I'm just getting around to install it, and we realized a box was missing that had the necessary door parts. I called the vendor directly, who told me (nicely) "we don't deal with customers - call Home Depot or Lowe's and give them this case ID". But we bought the items from QB so we reached back out to them. To be clear, there was nothing in this for them - no expected sale that they were aware of, no angry customer threatening social media fire and brimstone, nothing. I explained the situation, gave them the info from the vendor and off Adina went. 3 days later, I get the email from her - "parts identified, here's the order information". It was clear to me that they weren't jacking prices up (i did not expect for free given the time that had lapsed) and QB was most likely selling them to me with little mark up (original surround was 600, now lists at 1000, and the parts we need (basically handles, pivots and all hardware) we are being charged 100$ for them (so 10% of current cost). So no gouging at all. Now i'm just awaiting receipt of the parts. We do have another bath we plan to remodel directly after this one is complete, and most definitely will be dealing with QB because of this great care"

Tub warranty service

"I ordered a DXV soaker tub from Quality and didn’t check it thoroughly enough upon delivery and went past the review/return period until I needed to have it installed. After unwrapping the tub, damage was found that could have been a combination of freight mishap and faulty construction. I contacted Adina with Quality and she stated since the return period had expired she would contact the manufacturer for warranty consideration. A few days went by and I received an email from Adina that she was staying in contact with the manufacturer about the issue. A couple days later, Adina notified me the replacement tub was approved. I really appreciate the concern and diligence Adina demonstrated for my problem. I certainly recommend Quality Bath

Tricky Tub Spouts

"Josh listened carefully and thoughtfully about my mistake in ordering a tub spout that was way too long for the space. He quickly checked that the size I wanted could be ordered and was able to make the return for the shorter one. Customer Service At Its Best!

"Quality Bath came up on a Google search for me. I sent a bill of material to be quoted. Akiva emailed me a quote within minutes. The prices were much better than what I had found after extensive research. He has been very responsive. Couldn't ask for better service. Today I placed the order for our remodel. Patient, well-informed service

"I had reached out to Akiva at Quality Bath about a vanity I saw that I was interested in but needed to get a color sample from the manufacturer first. He patiently waited while I sorted it out. When that vanity did not work out because of the color, Akiva was able to quickly do some price comparisons on other bathroom items I needed. Quality Bath had the best prices and they were able to arrange shipping that worked for my schedule. Their driver was in touch the whole time so I could meet my items on the street. "
