"I was in a bind as our contractor had not ordered our plumbing supplies & we were weeks from moving back into our house. Quality Bath had the best price on this item, far below the MSRP quoted by our local plumbing supply. Their invoicing system is clear on the price, discounts, and delivery window. Brizo items are special order and can take as much as 6 to 8 weeks. Mine arrived in under 3 weeks. The packaging had extra padding and the item arrived in pristine condition via UPS. I very much appreciate the effort put into packaging. This faucet is heavy and more impressive than the picture when you're holding it in your hands. Like modern art.
