Expedite the shipping

"Chaya was extremely helpful at making sure I could get the Graff shower system within a certain time frame. She was very responsive and helpful. I ultimately decided to return it and that process was simple, just make sure to follow the guidelines within the given timeframe. One thing to note is most products are shipped from the manufacturer so even if it says “in stock” expect a week lead time. If you need it there sooner reach out to Quality Bath and depending on manufacturer can give you options ( for a fee) to expedite shipping."

Great customer service!

"We are renovating a house we recently bought and I purchased sinks for the master bath, air bathtub, faucets and vanity from Quality Bath. Dina has been extremely helpful in helping me to find what I need and especially with the bath tub selection. She answered all of my questions and was pretty patient with me while I was trying to make my mind. Choosing a bath tub could be really overwhelming so it was nice to have Dina’s advice and expertise. Can’t wait to receive the items we ordered. "

Best team to work with!

"Can't say enough good things about this team! We bought a few pieces from them for our new kitchen. They were so helpful, extremely knowledgable and quick! A pleasure to work with. Also, quality (no pun intended) is top notch. The air switch and flange in unlacquered brass are stunning. We ended up having to return one of the pieces to find one that better matched our faucet and we got it resolved in a matter of minutes. We will always shop here from now on.

Excellent customer service!

"After I received my order, I thought I was missing a piece of the product I ordered. Lea in Returns helped me by contacting the manufacturer. It turned out there was a mistake on the website and that piece wasn't actually included in the product I ordered. It was an accessory to be purchased separately. Without any suggestion from me, Quality Bath immediately stood by their website and sent the "missing" piece to me at no charge. That is great customer service!! Lea was fantastic! Thank you!"

"Within a few minutes of requesting a delivery time frame of a new faucet, Akiva responded with an agreeable price and reasonable delivery date, considering the brand builds them to order. Had a few questions on options, and again Akiva was available to chat and provide answers. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes from my initial emailed question to an emailed receipt and order confirmation. Very painless and professional."

"It is hard buying high end bath room fixtures online. Jack and Quality Bath did a fine job. Its a leap of faith when you have always used a showroom and a dealers rep. We went with Jack and Quality Bath because the turn around, service and price were better than our traditional showroom and rep. We inspected our items carefully, made a list of things we were not happy with, and they took care of it, quickly. Thats all that really matters. When your spending big dollars for high end finishes, you should expect the extra effort, and Jack came thru. The imperfections in the items purchased was a manufacturing defect, so you really can't blame the reseller. I just hope they pass that along to the right people. When items are that expensive, its got to be perfect."
