"I have done biz for 20 years with Pyramid and for the most part it has been great service, but that all seemed to change on the last order. I ordered a air venturi spring compressor and when received the order the compressor had rust on it, there were no hex wrenches included and it was used before. I texted sales to inform them of the product being used. sales texted me back and said that they would send out the missing hex wrenches. I said don't bother because I have plenty but just wanted to give a pyramid a heads up that the product was used. I was asking for nothing just giving u notice that used stuff was being shipped. I received reply text that thanked me for the feedback but they don't believe it was used before and a new one was shipped. Wow I am giving u a heads up and you guys tell me that I am lying. I never expected that! I am done doing biz with Pyramid I will buy from someone who wants my biz. "

"All positive, except for the grip size, which of course, can't be judged in a picture. I really like the design, appearance and function, but when I received the gun, I found the grip to be too small for me. I have to be careful about this as I have XL hands. If I removed a finger. I would be able to get a good grip on the piece. At this price, I would be able to Dremmel some of the sharper edges off, and not ruin the gun, which I will do soon. I haven't had time to shoot it yet, but have seen others have great accuracy with their Jets. Give me another 1/2 inch in grip length, and I would have no gripes at all! Evens then, I feel that the gun is well worth the price charged here at Pyramyd."
