"I bought four air guns from Pyramyd air and was happy until my last purchase. I purchased a Umarex Legends Thompson and when I received it the plug that screws into the magazine to hold the C02 was missing. I contacted Pyramyd and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. Are you kidding me? I just spent over $200 and can't shoot the damn thing and now "I" have to contact the manufacturer? I ended up buying another magazine from a different vendor and haven't bought a single item from Pyramyd since. They don't stand behind their product."

They sold me a 3 year old PCP rifle (Hatsan Flashpup) which has a 10 year shelf life on the air tube. Had it been a year old, OK fine no biggie. I kinda feel like the rifle should have cost 30% less since I'm not getting the full life span from the product. I'm not responsible for their overstock purchasing problems but I'm the one paying for it.
Had this been a more expensive rifle I would have been pretty angry instead of mildly annoyed.
