"I had a two part shipment and one part took about three days longer than the first to arrive, but no big deal. The main box with three tins of pellets was very well packed. I've ordered pellets from some other places and the tin was just tossed in the box or in one case in a bubble envelope with no protection. Guess what happened to those tins, yeah a lot of unusable pellets. Pyramyd surrounded the tins in foam AND cardboard! Thanks Pyramyd for caring enough to take extra steps. They also did a good job of answering multiple questions before I ordered anything."

"Pyramyd Air (now just "Pyramyd"?) has a large selection of products. Quality is excellent on most items.
Cons; Expect to pay shipping costs that will sometimes negate any discounts, Shipping usually takes a minimum of 4-5 business days, Out-of-stock items/combos can take months to be available.
Pyramyd customer service (in my experience) is poor to non existent, the charge to "test" your new gun (If it's a NEW product, why does it need to be tested?)
Pros; Great selection, Pellets are very well packaged to protect the tins from damage, prices on most items are in line with other retailers, tracking number is provided on orders so you know when to expect your gear."
