"I purchased an ASG CZ P-07 (Duty) air gun with a two-year service plan almost two years ago. The ASG air gun is a fine replica of the actual CZ P-07 firearm (which I also own), allowing me to run tons of holster draw and sight acquisition & alignment drills at home. The ASG air gun far-and-away my favorite air gun replica for training, and it nearly broke my heart when the gal ceased working.

The gun was still within the coverage offered by Pyramyd Air's 2 year service plan, and Pyramyd Air helped me submit my claim. Air Venturi handles repair for the ASG CZ P-07 under the service plan, but they were not able to fix it. I just received today a brand new ASG CZ P-07 as a replacement.

Pyramyd Air's superb after-sales support--including but not limited to its 1- and 2-year service plans --is why I won't shop anywhere else.

"I received the Webley Nemesis CO2 pistol today via UPS. When I picked up the box from the porch there was rattling. Never a good sign with UPS. The rattle turned out to be a couple of items. The front sight was knocked out from the dovetail slot and the grip door/CO2 tool was among the items. The real clue something was wrong was the gun's bolt was sticking through the box lid which was placed upside down in the bottom of the box without packing material under the boxed pistol, there was plenty on top. The bottom of the shipping box was also damaged from the bolt impacting it and a small hole was developing. As far as I can tell the gun was not damaged. The bolt seems to have weathered the onslaught with no physical damage. I have already put some pellets through it and all seems to be working fine. I did not rate your shipping but I did take a star away because of improper packing of your product. The Webley is magnificent and I will review and rate that later. "

"Barrel tip and main sight almost poked holes through the factory box and made large dents in shipping box but luckily did not damage the rifle. But the main problem is it leaks c02 so I will be returning the rifle. This even though the 10 for 10 test which I paid for states thatthe gun did not leak during filling/testing. It leaked for me as soon as I put in the 2 c02 cartridges. Note I have an extensive air gun collection and have been owning and shooting various types since the 1970's. I even have an original Crosman 160 which is why I bought this QB10 1085 to see how these new Chinese guns are like. Not good at all.
I am not confident about buying another air gun from Pyramid Air again."

"I’m impressed by how closely this replica is to the real thing. I’m looking forward to shooting it.

The only criticism I have is for the instructions. On initial inspection, I couldn’t get the magazine out. It turns out that the gun has to be locked open or cocked and it would be nice if the instructions told you that. Likewise the gun has a takedown lever, but whether or not it takes down like a real Luger I won’t find out because the trigger plate didn’t want to come off and I didn’t want to force it. Once again the instructions are silent.

On the bright side, there are about 4 pages telling you not to shoot your eye out!"
