"First, their website doesn’t provide information on out of stock items.
Second, you can’t track your order unless you set up an account.
Third, their is no communication.
Fourth, their customer service representatives tell you it’s best to just call them rather than use the website.

"Perhaps if you were ordering a $10,000 pump system, their service would be better. I just needed a small replacement part and ordered through their website. Their customer service was non-existent. There was no confirmation of my order (something every other e-retailer does). After two weeks of not receiving my part, I finally contacted them. They did send confirmation of my order (thank you), but had no date of when I could expect my part (grrr)
I contacted another company and got my part in three days.
Pump Products charged me significantly more for shipping and handling--disproportional to most other companies. The successful company charged me half as much--and they shipped from further away.
I will not do business with Pump Products."
