"Order was placed 4/24/23 and charged to credit card the next day, 4/25/23. The order indicated it was being shipped by FedEx. There was no way of knowing where it was being shipped from. After 10 days I phoned to inquire about delivery, this was 5/4/23. I told the person my order number and he said my item was on backorder. This info was not given at time of ordering. He offered to get in contact with his supplier for an estimated date of fulfilling the order. I got an email back from Pumpproducts soon after talking with him. It said to expect 4 weeks. WHAT~!!! I was also offered the option of cancelling the order. I said to let it play out and I would hope it comes soon. If there was another place to get this item I would have asked for my money back and been happy to never deal with them again. "
