"I ordered parts for a pump June 9th, on June 21 I asked for update on shipment and was told ship date would be July 3rd direct from the factory not from this seller. I am very disappointed as this is a pump product that was listed as available, this delay could have been avoided if the product I ordered had been listed as not available! I would have bought from another seller and had the parts and been up and running already. I would suggest getting a firm ship date prior to ordering especially if it involves important things like pumps."
