You carry soldout listings for MONTHS without deleting them. Annoying when you have to click on each item to see if it is really available.

"On January 1 I went to the ProAudioStar website and was excited to see a fantastic deal on Arturia V-Collection 8. I purchased it and was stoked! But the next day, instead of receiving a serial number, I got an email from PAS saying my purchase had been refunded and a note saying "Apologies as the item was sold minutes prior to your purchase". (Minutes?? Ouch!)
I guess errors happen where e-commerce technology is concerned.
To their credit, Pro Audio Star promptly issued a refund and apology. That's good.

"Great items and prices, shipping is super fast however I am not able to redirect the package for me to pick it up at FedEx and FedEx is pretty useless as a delivery service. It would have been 5 stars if I could redirect it to be picked up at a FedEx location. Makes it convenient for me to pick up at my leisure instead of having to make arrangements to have someone here for the delivery. I don’t want anything being stolen off of my porch, so delivering to FedEx would be ideal. Have not plugged the amp in yet."
