Asked for All New & All Powered

" I understand being new in sales is tough. I was trying to save money at 1st then Jeff said he'd work out a deal on New Equipment. When I looked at the invoice it showed a Non-Powered Sub. I contacted Jeff and after I had to pay extra, they fixed it. Then I didn't notice the 15" mains are opened box. I was excited to finally play again, we noticed that both speakers have blemishes ....
I asked for one thing then ended up getting different what i thought we agreed on.
Be cautious with this company and make sure to check your invoice before paying..

Mediocre company

"Bought a guitar that was already bought, called customer service (the person who helped me was very nice and tried their best which I appreciate), and I was told I would receive a quote to purchase the guitar again for the same price. I never got the quote, and I never got an email or anything. I also think it’s ridiculous an issue like this happens. Their system needs to be updated, so that if someone buys a guitar, the stock is updated immediately. Other music stores have similar problems too, but not all of them. Because of this issue, I don’t plan on using ProAudioStar again. I will say the customer service representative tried their best, was very helpful, and was polite. Even though I wasn’t happy, I couldn’t be upset with the customer service. "

2nd Attempt and they still don’t have it together

"Bought a guitar in the last year that was advertised wrong. Listed as a hard tail but arrived with a Floyd Rose bridge. Thought maybe it was a fluke? NOPE! Ordered an amp head. Paid with Amazon Pay. Order listed online “ON HOLD”. I called to find out why. Customer Service Agent was helpful but very hard to understand. She was probably tired because it was the middle of the night where she lives. Customer Service agent will have to inquire because there is a payment problem. Why did I have to call Proaudio Star? Why didn’t they call me? I would have asked, but wouldn’t have understood the answer. As of right now, Pro Audio Star is Oh-For-Two and I think they need to change their name to Audio Star.

After all of this, the order was cancelled because it was "oversold" **** this place.

Pretty insane what happened here

"Recieved a totally broken amp, returned it, and it’s now taking almost two months for them to give me any sort of info on what’s going on regarding a refund or exchange. I just want the amp. Also extremely annoying considering it’s Black Friday and there are tons of deals going on right now but I’m stuck waiting to hear back from this garbage company that sells broken stuff."
