This was one of the worst purchase experience ever.
I have ordered a pool cover reel tube which was suppose to come with the base to mount it to the pool according to the product page pictures and nothing else mentioned.
Product arrived damaged because of UPS (Not their fault here, beside they should not do business with UPS at all...)
The base was missing and since the box was damaged, I thought it was lost during the transport.
Now start my hard journey with poolsupplycanada support team.
All email took at least 4-5 days up to 10+ days to get an answer with a lot of follow up email. They also removed the chat on their website. I am not a fluent enough english speaker so I prefer chat/email.
They told me they sent the product again, never received it.
They then assure me that it comes with the base and sent the whole package again.
Once I received the package (not damaged this time), no base inside.
Ask their support again, after two weeks, they tell me it does not come with the base.
They changed the product name on the website AND ON MY ORDER HISTORY to add "base not included".
I had to find the order in my email history to verify that they indeed changed the name in my order history.
This has been more than a month and they just offer me to send the product back (which is really huge of course...)
The base is not even available on their website anymore.
This is unacceptable. Ignore this website and find a trusty one.

"I ordered a complete above ground pool with the deluxe package, a heater and a chlorinator. The pool itself, was missing a bottom rail. This cost me over $1000 in machine rental and paying a crew due to the delay in receiving another part. I will admit the part was there in two business days however it put me behind 1 week in building the pool. This part was missing despite a sheet in the pool package that included the parts lists and it was signed of by TWO people. Fast forward 1 week and $1000 later we finally got the pool built and began to fill. I hired a plumber to do the connecting. Another $160 in plumbing parts as the ones included looked like they just went to a shelf and threw a bunch of pieces into the box and called it a day. The flex hose that is included and I purchased extra does not fit the connection for the skimmer or the jet - so that began to leak. The three way bypass valve that was purchased for an additional $89.99 with the heater.. it has a crack in it and leaks. Crack is in the housing of the unit and is not due to installation. So here I am sitting and waiting to hear back from the company with 51000 litres of water in a pool that I can't treat or circulate the water and will probably have to pay the plumber another ridiculous amount of money in parts and labour to fix the connection issues. I also purchased the starter Chemical kit - $305 worth. Is missing the package of stabilizer which is required for when I do get the plumbing fixed for the start up. I am now almost two weeks since we started the yard excavation and pool build and still don't have a pool to swim in yet. I am expecting the solar cover reel will arrive today.. hopefully it has its parts and is in tact."

"I bought this pool cleaner after reading very positive reviews on Canada Pool Supply. The delivery was fast, despite the pandemic situation slowing down online purchases. It took me about 15 minutes to install, plus a couple of days to get used to it and tweak its installation (for instance, I discovered it works best if you do not use skimmer socks, which I always used before).
After a week of using the cleaner, my only thought was, why didn't I buy this sooner? It works great, cleans my pool non-stop and can reach sections of my pool I always had trouble reaching before, as my deck does not surround my entire pool."

"This company advertises “lowest price guaranteed” but do not follow through with that promise. I purchased a solar heater from them and a couple of hours later noticed that the same solar heater was on sale at Canadian Tire. Because they advertised lowest price guaranteed, I did not cancel my order and emailed them the information on the sale so that they could match the price. They took over a week to reply to me and told me because I had already purchased it from them they would not match the price but I could return the product to them and they would refund me. This doesn’t help me because they took so long to reply, the sale is over at Canadian Tire. Do not trust their lowest price guaranteed advertising. "
"I've ordered products from Pool Supplies Canada for several years. Their prices are always competitive (often the lowest) and they provide quick delivery. This year (May 2020) I ordered an item that was expensive enough to get free delivery. Later in the day I ordered an item that did not qualify for free delivery. Since it would have been free delivery if I had ordered it at the same time as the previous item I left a note asking if they could bundle it with the previous order to get free delivery. They noticed my note and provided a refund of the delivery cost for the 2nd order. Excellent customer service."
