"I ordered a liner for a 12 foot pool, which mine is. Upon receiving it and opening it up in preparation for install I found it to be 3 inches larger than my pool diameter. Obviously this will not work as I would have 10+ inches of extra liner on the outside edge of the pool. The company was (very politely) completely unwilling to take the liner back. If you need to get a new liner go somewhere with a better return policy in case something doesn't work out exactly right with your order."
"Do not buy custom liner from them! Purchased a custom size liner for ~$3K, with custom sizes. They modified my measurements without communication and sent me a liner that doesn’t fit my pool (few inches short) Won’t take it back as it is a custom product. Horrible service and support."
"I bought double water 6 bags 10 foot 16 mil to hold in plce Out of all the bags that I fill with water (and no, I did not put to much water in it), for all the bag except for one, the were already ripped on one side of the tube. The only one that was actually ok, ripped a few weeks later. So, 59.94 in the garbage. I will never buy this form this seller again."

"My inground pool 15 years old, find myself needing some specific replacement parts.....O-rings in Zodiac Nature 2 salt system, drain plugs for pumps, skimmer wall plates etc. Found some of these on Amazon, but I find Pool Supplies Canada (PSC) has everything I've searched for. Makes sense, they specialize in this stuff. If you find your equipment manufacturer online manual, you can get the specific part number. Once you have that, search PSC and you get what you need. Also found prices better. One O-ring on Amazon was $20+, just bought it at PSC for $9.99. Good stuff!"
